Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage and English National Curriculum
  • Create engaging and innovative learning experiences that inspire curiosity and creativity
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to support student progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents
  • Participate in professional development and staff training programs
  • Support the school's mission and values through daily teaching and interactions
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in Early Years education
  • In-depth knowledge of the English National Curriculum and Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Commitment to the school’s core values of Respect, Wholeness, Truth, and Excellence
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred

  • Experience in an international school setting
  • Familiarity with IGCSE and A Level curricula
  • Experience with bilingual or multilingual education
  • Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
