The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching across all Early Years levels.
- Assess student progress and provide accurate feedback to support learning outcomes.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support the development of students through personalized learning strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest teaching methodologies and curriculum changes.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to the overall success of the institution through strong communication and teamwork.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant Early Years experience.
- Experience teaching across Levels 1-5.
- Strong knowledge of assessment strategies and student development.
- Commitment to student-centered learning and high standards of teaching.
Preferred
- Experience with the new T-Levels.
- Background in early childhood education or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
