The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Teacher to join a dynamic team. This role is central to delivering high-quality education to students across multiple levels, with a focus on fostering early learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching across all Early Years levels.
  • Assess student progress and provide accurate feedback to support learning outcomes.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support the development of students through personalized learning strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest teaching methodologies and curriculum changes.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the institution through strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant Early Years experience.
  • Experience teaching across Levels 1-5.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment strategies and student development.
  • Commitment to student-centered learning and high standards of teaching.

Preferred

  • Experience with the new T-Levels.
  • Background in early childhood education or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
