The Opportunity:
As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for supporting an inspirational Early Years Programme, based on proven evidence of how young children learn. You will be an ambassador for excellence in the early years and directly involved in the professional learning of classroom assistant teachers.

- Support young children’s development and wellbeing through engaging and proactive initiatives.
- Reflect constantly on your own practice to ensure a high-quality experience for all children within an enabling environment.
- Strive to provide for the unique child, understanding their context and forming positive relationships with them and their families.
- Model excellence and support colleagues generously to perform to the best of their ability.
- Uphold the school values and put children’s wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.
- Promote high expectations of an inclusive setting, with equality of opportunity for all.
- Be directly involved with the professional learning of classroom assistant teachers through effective performance development.
- Carry out duties as requested by the School Leadership Team when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in Early Years education.
- Strong understanding of child development and wellbeing.
- Commitment to upholding school values and promoting inclusivity.
- Ability to model excellence and support colleagues effectively.
- Experience in fostering positive relationships with children and families.
Preferred
- Experience with British educational standards or international curricula.
- Background in leading or contributing to professional development for teaching staff.
- Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework.
- Experience in creating enabling learning environments.
