Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood or Primary) or a relevant degree with PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience teaching in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) following the National Curriculum for England.
  • Strong commitment to career development and leadership in education.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students and parents.
  • A UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check.

Preferred

  • Experience with sustainable education practices and environmental initiatives.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching technologies such as AR and AI.
  • Experience in creating and implementing individualized learning plans.
  • Knowledge of inclusive education and support strategies for diverse learners.
