The Opportunity:
As an ECF Programme Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the ECF Programme Managers, helping to ensure the smooth planning, execution, and administration of the ECF programme across the country. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of teacher development and work closely with colleagues on a national scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, execution, and administration of the ECF programme nationally and across campuses.
- Coordinate communication between ECF Programme Managers, regional teams, and participants.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the programme runs efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of programme documentation and records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the quality of teacher development initiatives.
- Manage participant and partner engagement, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Monitor and report on programme progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in providing administrative support, preferably within an education setting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive approach to work.
- Experience working with teachers, leaders, and educational partners.
Preferred
- Experience in teacher education or professional development.
- Familiarity with ECF programme requirements and processes.
- Experience with managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of educational research and its application to teacher development.
