Education Manager KS1 to KS3 - Lead academic development and support curriculum expansion.

The Opportunity:

As an Education Manager, you will play a key role in the academic development of Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 3, supporting the school’s expansion and ensuring the successful implementation of the Pearson Edexcel curriculum. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of education in a dynamic and growing international school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the British Curriculum (Pearson Edexcel) for Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 3.
  • Support the establishment and growth of Key Stage 3 (Years 7–9) across academic and operational areas.
  • Lead and manage the English Language Learner (ELL) programme to support multilingual students.
  • Collaborate with the School Leadership Team to ensure compliance with British and Thai Ministry of Education standards.
  • Provide professional development and mentorship to teachers across Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 3.
  • Monitor and assess teaching quality, student progress, and academic outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and School Director to align academic goals with school strategy.
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience for students from Early Years through to Key Stage 3.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in curriculum development and management in an international or UK-based school setting.
  • Strong leadership and management experience, preferably in education.
  • In-depth knowledge of the British Curriculum (Pearson Edexcel) and assessment practices.
  • Experience in supporting English Language Learners and multilingual education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading academic transitions or school expansion projects.
  • Familiarity with Thai Ministry of Education standards.
  • Experience with teacher training and professional development.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
