Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the US curriculum
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for students
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students to support student growth and development
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with parents
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices
- Promote a culture of respect, diversity, and academic excellence within the school community
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the elementary level
- Familiarity with the United States of America curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools
- Experience with differentiated instruction and individualized learning plans
