Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the US curriculum
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for students
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students to support student growth and development
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual needs
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with parents
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices
  • Promote a culture of respect, diversity, and academic excellence within the school community

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the elementary level
  • Familiarity with the United States of America curriculum
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred

  • Experience working with diverse student populations
  • Proficiency in using educational technology tools
  • Experience with differentiated instruction and individualized learning plans
