Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons tailored to student needs.
  • Assess student progress efficiently to inform future planning and support learning outcomes.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent standards and a positive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience in teaching English at secondary level.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to student progress and achievement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred

  • Experience with innovative teaching methods and curriculum planning.
  • Familiarity with the Plan-Deliver-Assess approach to teaching.
  • Experience in leading or contributing to school improvement initiatives.
  • Background in pastoral care or student support.
  • Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
