Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and support students’ academic progress and development within the subject area.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English
- Proven ability to engage, motivate, and raise student achievement
Preferred
- Experience in subject leadership or curriculum development
