Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English
  • Proven ability to engage, motivate, and raise student achievement

Preferred

  • Experience in subject leadership or curriculum development
  • Demonstrated commitment to student well-being and personal development
