Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality English lessons that inspire and engage students.

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a positive school culture.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of the school’s enrichment programme, including extracurricular activities.
- Support students in developing the skills needed for success in exams and beyond.
- Stay up to date with developments in English teaching and incorporate innovative approaches into the classroom.
- Work closely with parents and carers to support student achievement and well-being.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified English Teacher with relevant experience.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
- Experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering enrichment activities or extracurricular programmes.
- Familiarity with the school’s ethos of "Building Brighter Futures."
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
- Demonstrated success in raising student achievement in English.
