Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons that inspire and engage students across different ability levels.
- Foster a love of reading, writing, and communication through creative and purposeful learning experiences.
- Assess, record, and report on student progress, using data to inform planning and differentiation.
- Maintain an inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners and promotes academic excellence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative schemes of work and share best practice.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or a closely related field, plus a recognised teaching qualification/licence (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Strong subject knowledge of English language and literature.
- Experience with ICT and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
Preferred
- Experience teaching in an international or culturally diverse setting.
- Minimum of two years’ teaching experience in English, ideally within the National Curriculum for England.
