Key Responsibilities:

- Support students in discovering future pathways through bespoke guidance and curriculum design.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons.
- Strong communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to raising student achievement and inclusion in teaching.
- Experience in assessment, monitoring, and evaluating student progress.
- Passion for English and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to whole-school literacy initiatives.
- Background in Continuing Professional Development and leadership opportunities.
- Familiarity with Teaching English as a Second Language or inclusive teaching practices.
- Experience working in a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
