Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons that inspire and challenge students
- Develop and implement engaging and innovative teaching strategies
- Support student progress through effective assessment and feedback

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Participate in professional development and staff training initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with school policies
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching English
- Commitment to student welfare and pastoral care
- Experience in working within a team and contributing to school-wide initiatives
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to extracurricular activities
- Familiarity with the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme or similar programs
- Experience with leadership development or mentoring
- Background in teaching at the 11-18 age range
- Experience in staff development or professional learning communities
