Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the KS3/KS4 curriculum and support departmental improvement goals.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS).
- Experience in teaching English at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Strong subject knowledge in English language and literature.
- Commitment to high standards of teaching and student achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience with curriculum development and leadership in a teaching team.
- Experience in working with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar.
- Experience in using innovative teaching methods and technologies.
