Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in wider academy activities and events that promote student engagement and development.
- Provide pastoral care and mentorship to students, using strong people skills and empathy.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
- Experience teaching English at secondary level.
- Passion for student success and personal development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver innovative and engaging lessons.
Preferred
- Experience with pastoral care and student mentorship.
- Familiarity with international education programs or global learning initiatives.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL/TESL).
- Background in extracurricular activities such as drama, music, or sport.
