Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Director of English and Deputy Subject Leader to enhance departmental performance and student outcomes.
- Provide meaningful extra-curricular opportunities that enrich students' learning experiences.
- Monitor and assess student progress, offering targeted support where needed.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student achievement and well-being.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience across the school.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
- Commitment to student achievement and a passion for teaching English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in curriculum development and delivery.
Preferred
- Experience with early career teacher support and development.
