Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and school culture

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience
  • Ability to teach across the 11-18 age range
  • Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and teaching methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to student welfare and inclusive education

Preferred

  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
  • Familiarity with Ofsted standards and school improvement initiatives
  • Experience in pastoral care and student support
  • Background in drama or literature
