Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons across the 11-18 age range

- Contribute to the school’s pastoral system and student behavior management
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and school culture
- Participate in professional development and staff training initiatives
- Maintain strong communication with parents and students
- Stay up to date with current educational trends and best practices
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience
- Ability to teach across the 11-18 age range
- Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to student welfare and inclusive education
Preferred
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
- Familiarity with Ofsted standards and school improvement initiatives
