Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher status.
  • Proven experience teaching English at Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver English-specific skill development.
  • Evidence of successful student outcomes and progress.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and support the school’s values and mission.

Preferred

  • Experience with AQA exam board for GCSE and A-level English.
  • Experience in curriculum development and innovation.
  • Experience with extra-curricular activities in English and the arts.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
