We are seeking an English Teacher - Secondary School to inspire and educate students in a bilingual and globally focused academic environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB DP and MYP English Language and Literature curricula.
  • Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and academic excellence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement cross-curricular and experiential learning activities.
  • Support student learning through pastoral care, small group tutorials, and personalized academic guidance.
  • Participate in professional development, curriculum review, and school-wide initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
  • Stay current with educational trends, technology, and best practices in teaching and learning.
  • Engage with the school community through co-curricular activities and events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with professional qualifications in Education.
  • Solid experience in teaching IB DP English Language and Literature and IB MYP English (Language and Literature) to secondary students.
  • Ability to teach across Grades 6-10 and 11-12.

Preferred

  • Experience in a bilingual working environment.
  • Strong IT and curriculum development skills.
