The Opportunity:

The Enrichment and Partnerships Manager plays a key role in delivering a vibrant extracurricular programme, managing external partnerships, and supporting student engagement and inclusion. This position is essential in driving the school’s mission to provide a well-rounded and inspiring education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver a diverse range of extracurricular activities and events.
  • Manage and organise school trips, ensuring compliance with safety and administrative standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external organisations and community groups.
  • Support the school’s wider objectives through effective organisation and communication.
  • Ensure all activities align with the school’s values of inclusion, creativity, and excellence.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the school’s enrichment and partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of enrichment activities on student engagement and development.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance the learning experience beyond the classroom.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in managing extracurricular programmes or community partnerships.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to inclusion, diversity, and anti-racism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a school or educational setting.

Preferred

  • Experience in student engagement or pastoral care.
  • Knowledge of curriculum development and enrichment activities.
  • Experience with event planning and logistics.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection policies.
