The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage a wide range of educational trips and extracurricular activities.
- Develop and implement an engaging Activities Week programme that promotes student participation and personal growth.
- Ensure all students have equitable access to enriching experiences, regardless of background.
- Work closely with colleagues to plan and deliver a calendar of events that support student development.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of enrichment activities to ensure they meet educational goals.
- Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and staff to support programme delivery.
- Manage logistics, budgets, and resources for all enrichment initiatives.
- Promote student engagement and confidence through creative and inclusive activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in coordinating educational trips or extracurricular activities.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to student welfare and inclusive education practices.
- Experience in a school or educational setting preferred.
Preferred
