As an ERP System Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and optimization of ERP systems within a forward-thinking educational institution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage ERP system implementation and integration across departments.
  • Translate business requirements into functional system specifications and workflows.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and system optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize system requirements.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth system adoption.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
  • Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with ERP system standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ERP coordination, business systems analysis, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, workflows, and data integration concepts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and analytical skills.

Preferred

  • Certification in Agile Project Management or Business Analysis.
  • Experience in education or public sector environments.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with change management and innovation initiatives.
