As an Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and delivering a wide range of events, from weddings to summer school programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of a diverse range of events.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a high standard of professionalism throughout all stages of the event process.
- Work closely with the Commercial Events Manager to support the smooth running of the Commercial Events Department.
- Assist in the sale and promotion of events and summer school programs.
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage event budgets and resources effectively.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of marketing and promotional materials for events.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in event coordination or a related field.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Preferred
- Experience in managing large-scale events or summer school programs.
- Familiarity with event management software and tools.
- Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting.
