The Opportunity:
As an Exam Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the school’s examination process. This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will contribute to maintaining the high standards of the school's academic and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate exam schedules across multiple terms, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of exam entries, results, and related documentation.
- Support the administration of exam results days, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Communicate effectively with staff and students to provide clarity on exam procedures and timelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in all examination-related activities.
- Maintain a well-organised and up-to-date system for tracking exams and related administrative tasks.
- Work independently and as part of a team to support the school's academic calendar.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external examination requirements and standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management abilities with the capacity to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in an educational or administrative role, preferably within a school setting.
- Basic knowledge of exam administration procedures and systems.
Preferred
- Experience in managing exam schedules and results processes.
- Familiarity with Quaker values and ethos.
- Experience with educational software and administrative tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- A salary of £10,242.70 (£24,750 FTE).
- Generous fee remission of up to 50% for the children of staff.
