The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated Exam Invigilator to support the smooth running of public exams in March, April, and May 2026. This role is essential in ensuring a fair and secure examination environment for students. Candidates must be available for training on 24th March and during the specified exam hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth and secure administration of public exams
- Monitor students to maintain exam integrity and prevent malpractice
- Support students as required, including reading questions or scribing
- Maintain accurate records and follow procedures for exam materials
- Attend training/induction sessions and be available during specified exam periods
- Communicate effectively with students and staff in a high-pressure environment
- Adhere to all school policies and safeguarding procedures
- Ensure punctuality and reliability during all assigned duties
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Punctuality and reliability
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection
Preferred
- Previous experience in an educational or exam-related role
- Experience with exam invigilation or similar responsibilities
- Familiarity with school policies and procedures
- Experience working with young people in a supportive environment
Compensation & Benefits:
