Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with JCQ examination regulations during all public exams.
Monitor students to prevent any breaches of examination rules.
Maintain a calm and focused atmosphere in examination halls.
Report any irregularities or incidents promptly to the Exam team.
Support the smooth running of the examination process from start to finish.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of examination materials.
Ensure the secure storage and handling of examination papers.
Collaborate with other invigilators and staff to maintain consistency and fairness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Experience in exam invigilation or similar supervisory roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently.
Commitment to upholding the integrity of the examination process.

Preferred

Previous experience in a school or educational setting.
Familiarity with JCQ regulations and examination procedures.
