The Opportunity:
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in ensuring that all exams and assessments are conducted in line with regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Exams to ensure exams and assessments are conducted in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Create a safe, fair, and supportive environment for all candidates during exams.
- Assist in delivering first-class exams invigilation services throughout the year for both internal and external assessments.
- Attend training sessions to ensure compliance and understanding of procedures.
- Be fastidious in checking, tracking, and monitoring exam-related activities.
- Provide timely and appropriate support to learners as instructed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to follow regulations and procedures accurately.
- Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude.
- Basic IT literacy and customer service skills.
- Willingness to attend training sessions.
Preferred
- Experience in an educational or exam-related setting.
- Previous experience in exams invigilation or similar roles.
- Experience with managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
