The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a calm and secure environment during examinations to support candidates.
  • Set up examination rooms according to the instructions provided by the Exams Manager.
  • Monitor and manage candidates' needs during the examination session.
  • Prevent the entry of prohibited items into examination rooms.
  • Ensure candidates are seated in accordance with the seating plan provided.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to following guidelines and regulations for exam integrity.
  • No previous experience required, as full training will be provided.

Preferred

  • Experience in an educational or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work on a casual basis as required by the school's examination schedule.
