Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor students during exams to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a high-pressure environment.
- Communicate clearly with students and staff to ensure a smooth examination process.
- Assist with the setup and organization of exam rooms as required.
- Report any concerns or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and student welfare at all times.
- Work flexibly across multiple exam periods, including October/November, January/February, and April-June.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a consistent and fair examination experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
- Willingness to undergo child protection screening.
Preferred
- Previous experience in an educational setting or in exam administration.
- IT competency and familiarity with online exam systems.
- Experience with child protection or safeguarding procedures.
