The Opportunity:

As an Exam Invigilator, you will ensure the integrity and security of examinations, supporting the school’s mission to provide a fair and rigorous assessment environment. This role is ideal for someone who values attention to detail and a commitment to educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise examination sessions in accordance with guidelines and regulations.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of examination papers and procedures.
  • Monitor students during exams to maintain a fair and focused environment.
  • Report any irregularities or issues during exams promptly.
  • Support the smooth running of examination periods as and when required.
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure compliance with school and trust policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of examination activities and incidents.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of examination materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in exam invigilation or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Commitment to upholding the integrity of the examination process.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of examination regulations and procedures.
  • Flexibility to work as and when required.
  • Experience with school administration systems.
