The Opportunity:
As an Exam Invigilator, you will ensure the integrity and security of examinations, supporting the school’s mission to provide a fair and rigorous assessment environment. This role is ideal for someone who values attention to detail and a commitment to educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise examination sessions in accordance with guidelines and regulations.
- Ensure the security and integrity of examination papers and procedures.
- Monitor students during exams to maintain a fair and focused environment.
- Report any irregularities or issues during exams promptly.
- Support the smooth running of examination periods as and when required.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure compliance with school and trust policies.
- Maintain accurate records of examination activities and incidents.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of examination materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in exam invigilation or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Commitment to upholding the integrity of the examination process.
Preferred
- Previous experience in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of examination regulations and procedures.
- Flexibility to work as and when required.
- Experience with school administration systems.
