Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all examinations are conducted in a fair, safe, and secure manner.
  • Monitor students throughout exams to maintain integrity and prevent misconduct.
  • Follow all procedures and guidelines set by the school and the Trust.
  • Communicate clearly with students and other staff members during the examination process.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of examination materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of examination-related activities.
  • Support the smooth running of exam sessions and ensure compliance with examination regulations.
  • Provide a calm and professional presence to help students feel confident and supported during assessments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in exam invigilation or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in an educational setting, particularly within a school environment.
  • Knowledge of examination regulations and procedures.
  • Experience with administering large-scale assessments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work during exam periods and outside of regular school hours.
