Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise examinations in accordance with strict guidelines and regulations.
- Ensure the security and integrity of examination papers and procedures during sessions.
- Maintain a calm and professional environment to support students during exams.
- Report any irregularities or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of examination materials.
- Adhere to all school and trust policies regarding exam procedures.
- Support the smooth running of exam sessions under the direction of senior staff.
- Communicate clearly with students and staff during exam periods.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in a supervisory or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Commitment to upholding academic integrity and exam regulations.
Preferred
- Previous experience in exam invigilation or similar roles.
- Familiarity with educational standards and examination processes.
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar organization.
