The Opportunity:

We are seeking dedicated Exam Invigilators to support the school during key exam periods throughout the year. This role involves ensuring the smooth and fair administration of examinations, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all candidates. The position is ideal for those who are flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding the standards of a high-performing institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute exam materials accurately and efficiently
  • Supervise candidates in accordance with examination rules and regulations
  • Ensure the exam environment remains orderly and secure
  • Collect and securely store completed exam papers
  • Report any irregularities or incidents to the Senior Examinations Officer
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of examination rooms
  • Maintain detailed records of all examination-related activities
  • Comply with all health and safety protocols during exams

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Flexibility to work during exam periods on a casual, daily supply basis
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and under supervision
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

Preferred

  • Previous experience in an educational or examination setting
  • Familiarity with exam procedures and regulations
  • Experience with DBS clearance or similar safeguarding processes
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Compensation & Benefits:
