Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accurate and secure conduct of all internal and public examinations.
  • Monitor examination rooms to maintain discipline and prevent malpractice.
  • Provide support to candidates during examination periods, ensuring a fair and respectful environment.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and reporting as required.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and candidates to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor throughout the examination process.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict examination protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid identification and ability to work independently.

Preferred

  • Experience in invigilation or similar roles within educational settings.
  • Knowledge of examination procedures and regulations.
