The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the fair and proper conduct of examinations in accordance with school and examination board rules.
- Monitor students during exams to prevent malpractice and maintain a secure and focused environment.
- Report any incidents or concerns to the Examinations & Information Manager promptly.
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of examination materials and venues.
- Support students with any queries or concerns during the examination period.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines during examination sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of examination procedures and any incidents.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient examination process.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in exam invigilation or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Previous experience in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of examination regulations and procedures.
- Experience with administering tests or assessments.
- Flexibility to work as and when required.
