The Opportunity:
As an Examinations Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient management of data and examinations throughout the academic year. This position offers the chance to contribute directly to the school’s data strategy and ensure the smooth administration of assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and collate data relating to pupil progress and achievement.
- Support the analysis of pupil performance using educational data tools and software.
- Assist in the administration of examinations, working closely with the data manager and examinations officer.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using standard data software such as Excel.
- Ensure the timely processing of examination results, including additional hours during August.
- Support the development and implementation of data management processes.
- Provide administrative support during term time, with flexibility to meet the demands of the role.
- Assist with the management of conflicting priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using standard data software such as Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in data administration or a related field.
- A flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
