Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the integrity of student data across all year groups.
- Analyse performance data and produce reports to support teaching staff and improve student outcomes.
- Oversee the school’s assessment and reporting systems, including data uploads and result distribution.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained within the Arbor system.
- Provide timely data insights to departments for informed decision-making.
- Interpret data trends and produce forecasts to support academic planning.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance student attainment and progress.
- Support the school in maintaining high standards of data management and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in managing student data and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to education and student success.
Preferred
- Experience in an educational setting, particularly within a school or academy.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and software.
- Familiarity with the Arbor system or similar data management platforms.
- Experience in a school environment with a focus on student progress and attainment.
