Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the integrity of student data across all year groups.
  • Analyse performance data and produce reports to support teaching staff and improve student outcomes.
  • Oversee the school’s assessment and reporting systems, including data uploads and result distribution.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained within the Arbor system.
  • Provide timely data insights to departments for informed decision-making.
  • Interpret data trends and produce forecasts to support academic planning.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance student attainment and progress.
  • Support the school in maintaining high standards of data management and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in managing student data and reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to education and student success.

Preferred

  • Experience in an educational setting, particularly within a school or academy.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and software.
  • Familiarity with the Arbor system or similar data management platforms.
  • Experience in a school environment with a focus on student progress and attainment.
