The Opportunity:
As an Examinations Officer, you will play a key role in managing examinations and school data, ensuring accuracy and security. This role supports the school’s mission to drive continuous improvement and student achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling and administration of examinations and assessments.
- Ensure the secure and accurate handling of student data and records.
- Provide insights and reports that support decision-making and school improvement.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with examination regulations and policies.
- Support the implementation of data management systems and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of exam materials and results.
- Contribute to the development of effective assessment strategies that support student learning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in managing examinations or similar administrative roles.
- Strong organisational and attention to detail skills.
- Experience with data handling and record-keeping systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

- Experience in an educational setting, particularly within schools.

Compensation & Benefits:
