The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the scheduling and administration of examinations and assessments.
  • Ensure the secure and accurate handling of student data and records.
  • Provide insights and reports that support decision-making and school improvement.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to maintain smooth operations.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with examination regulations and policies.
  • Support the implementation of data management systems and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of exam materials and results.
  • Contribute to the development of effective assessment strategies that support student learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in managing examinations or similar administrative roles.
  • Strong organisational and attention to detail skills.
  • Experience with data handling and record-keeping systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
