The Opportunity:

As an Exams Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school’s examination processes. This is a key position that supports the academic success of students and contributes to the school’s commitment to educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the school’s examination processes.
  • Oversee the administration and management of school MIS software and data systems.
  • Ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and assessment for internal and external requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and produce detailed reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Support the school in meeting statutory data reporting requirements such as the school census.
  • Collaborate with teaching and support staff to ensure seamless examination procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of relevant software and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all examination regulations and policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A relevant qualification in ICT, business administration, or willingness to work towards one.
  • Proven experience in managing school MIS software and data systems, such as Bromcom.
  • Experience in producing accurate data for reporting and assessment purposes.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Access.
  • Knowledge of statutory data reporting requirements, such as school census.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a school or educational setting.
  • Experience with data management and analysis.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with leadership and character development programmes.
