The Opportunity:
As an Exams Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school’s examination processes. This is a key position that supports the academic success of students and contributes to the school’s commitment to educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the school’s examination processes.
- Oversee the administration and management of school MIS software and data systems.
- Ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and assessment for internal and external requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records and produce detailed reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Support the school in meeting statutory data reporting requirements such as the school census.
- Collaborate with teaching and support staff to ensure seamless examination procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of relevant software and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all examination regulations and policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A relevant qualification in ICT, business administration, or willingness to work towards one.
- Proven experience in managing school MIS software and data systems, such as Bromcom.
- Experience in producing accurate data for reporting and assessment purposes.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Access.
- Knowledge of statutory data reporting requirements, such as school census.

- Experience working in a school or educational setting.
- Experience with data management and analysis.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with leadership and character development programmes.
