Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of the school’s academic and pastoral programs.
• Recruit and develop a founding team of high-caliber educators and support staff.
• Oversee the transition from the initial campus to a purpose-built flagship site.
• Ensure alignment with the school’s ethos, values, and educational standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and the local community.
• Manage the school’s strategic direction and long-term growth plans.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience as a senior leader in British or British-style international schools.
• Strong track record in school development and leadership in a start-up environment.
• Deep understanding of the English National Curriculum and its delivery through IGCSE and A Level pathways.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

• Experience in establishing new schools or campuses.
• Background in bilingual education or international education settings.
• Leadership experience in a boarding school environment.
