The Opportunity:
As an Executive Support Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team. This role is essential in maintaining efficient operations and ensuring smooth communication across the school. The successful candidate will contribute to the school’s mission of fostering a Creative Learning Community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and Executive Assistant.
- Manage and maintain detailed data using ICT and management reporting systems.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate production of reports and documentation.
- Support the implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Assist in the management of office operations and resources.
- Maintain a professional and efficient working environment.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless administrative support.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Previous office administration experience.
- GCSE Maths and English qualifications.
- Strong ICT skills and proficiency in management reporting systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in a school or educational setting.
- Knowledge of educational policies and procedures.
- Experience with data management and reporting systems.
- Familiarity with school administration software.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £27,840 p.a.
- Term-time only contract with 39 weeks of work per year.
- 36-hour working week (8am – 4pm).
