Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective EYFS and Primary lessons in line with the UK curriculum.
  • Support the development of young learners aged 2-5 years old in a stimulating and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, learning support assistants, and specialist staff to enhance the learning experience.
  • Implement and monitor the National Curriculum and EYFS Framework with a focus on individual progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and colleagues.
  • Utilise state-of-the-art facilities and technology to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
  • Participate in staff development and professional learning opportunities to enhance teaching practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Relevant bachelor's degree and qualified teacher status (PGCE or B.Ed) from the UK.
  • Recent experience as an EYFS Teacher in a UK curriculum school.
  • Experience working with children aged 2-5 years old in a Reception group setting.
  • Strong English language skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Commitment to outstanding teaching practice and a passion for education.

Preferred

  • Experience working with students from diverse international backgrounds.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (ESL/EAL).
  • Previous experience in a British International School setting.
  • Familiarity with international education standards and best practices.
