Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality EYFS education in line with the National Curriculum of England.
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for Reception learners.
  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly to ensure individual needs are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support continuous professional development and share best practices.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians to support student learning and development.
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Uphold the school’s values and commitment to safeguarding and child welfare at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in EYFS education.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum of England.
  • Excellent English language skills with a solid understanding of grammar and usage.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with young children and support their learning and development.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.

Preferred

  • Experience with the Early Career Teacher (ECT) process.
  • Familiarity with British Curriculum and IB World School standards.
  • Experience in continuous professional development and training delivery.
  • Fluency in a second language (e.g., Romanian or French).
