Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality EYFS education in line with the National Curriculum of England.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for Reception learners.
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly to ensure individual needs are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support continuous professional development and share best practices.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians to support student learning and development.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Uphold the school’s values and commitment to safeguarding and child welfare at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in EYFS education.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum of England.
- Excellent English language skills with a solid understanding of grammar and usage.
- Proven ability to work effectively with young children and support their learning and development.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
Preferred
- Experience with the Early Career Teacher (ECT) process.
- Familiarity with British Curriculum and IB World School standards.
- Experience in continuous professional development and training delivery.
- Fluency in a second language (e.g., Romanian or French).
