Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the English National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Support the school’s outdoor learning programme, including Forest School and sports activities.
- Contribute to the cultural and extra-curricular life of the school through a variety of enrichment opportunities.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives.
- Uphold the school’s core values of Respect, Courage, Cooperation, Consideration, and Nobility in all aspects of teaching and student interaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- UK teaching qualification (PGCE or B.Ed.).
- Experience in teaching EYFS in the UK or an international setting.
- Familiarity with the English National Curriculum.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to the school’s values and ethos.
Preferred
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience with outdoor learning and Forest School.
- Demonstrated ability to support student well-being and holistic development.
- Experience in a multicultural or international educational environment.
