Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the English National Curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Support the school’s outdoor learning programme, including Forest School and sports activities.
• Contribute to the cultural and extra-curricular life of the school through a variety of enrichment opportunities.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• UK teaching qualification (PGCE or B.Ed.).
• Experience in teaching EYFS in the UK or an international setting.
• Familiarity with the English National Curriculum.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to the school’s values and ethos.

Preferred

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience with outdoor learning and Forest School.
• Demonstrated ability to support student well-being and holistic development.
• Experience in a multicultural or international educational environment.
