The Opportunity:

As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the early educational experiences of young learners. You will deliver engaging lessons aligned with the United Kingdom curriculum, while supporting the holistic development of each child in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned lessons that promote holistic development in early years learners.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement effective teaching strategies and activities.
  • Monitor and assess student progress using a variety of assessment methods.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to support student learning and development.
  • Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives to enhance teaching practice.
  • Ensure all health and safety policies are followed in the classroom and across the school.
  • Support the school’s mission by integrating Islamic values and Western educational practices into daily teaching.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Primary/Elementary/Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an Early Years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the United Kingdom curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with inclusive education and differentiated instruction.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in early childhood education.
  • Experience working in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
