Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate instruction to EYFS students.
- Support school-wide instructional initiatives and curriculum development.
- Gather and analyze student data to design effective learning strategies.
- Stay current with British National Curriculum standards and pedagogical best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student growth and behaviour management.
- Utilize technology in the classroom, including platforms such as Google Classroom.
- Participate in professional development, faculty meetings, and community-based learning initiatives.
- Model positive behaviour and promote inclusive, non-discriminatory practices in all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in an EYFS primary school setting.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction and support students with diverse learning needs.
Preferred
- UK Certification in early years education.
- Three or more years of teaching experience.
- Experience with positive behaviour intervention and support strategies.
- Familiarity with international curriculum frameworks and assessment practices.
