Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate instruction to EYFS students.
Support school-wide instructional initiatives and curriculum development.
Gather and analyze student data to design effective learning strategies.
Stay current with British National Curriculum standards and pedagogical best practices.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student growth and behaviour management.
Utilize technology in the classroom, including platforms such as Google Classroom.
Participate in professional development, faculty meetings, and community-based learning initiatives.
Model positive behaviour and promote inclusive, non-discriminatory practices in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience in an EYFS primary school setting.
Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction and support students with diverse learning needs.

Preferred

UK Certification in early years education.
Three or more years of teaching experience.
Experience with positive behaviour intervention and support strategies.
Familiarity with international curriculum frameworks and assessment practices.
