Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and assess children’s progress, using this to inform teaching practices and support individual learning goals.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Early Years Teacher with a relevant degree and teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in delivering inclusive education and supporting diverse learning needs.
- Strong understanding of child development and the Reggio Emilia approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and engage effectively with parents.
Preferred
- Experience working in an international school environment.
- Knowledge of inclusive practices and differentiated instruction.
- Familiarity with early years assessment frameworks.
