Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging, child-centered learning experiences that promote holistic development.
  • Foster a sense of belonging and inclusion for all children, ensuring every learner feels valued and supported.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and enriching curriculum that meets the diverse needs of the student body.
  • Monitor and assess children’s progress, using this to inform teaching practices and support individual learning goals.
  • Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians to ensure a partnership in the child’s education.
  • Contribute to the school’s co-curricular activities and support the wider school community through active participation and collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Early Years Teacher with a relevant degree and teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience in delivering inclusive education and supporting diverse learning needs.
  • Strong understanding of child development and the Reggio Emilia approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and engage effectively with parents.

Preferred

  • Experience working in an international school environment.
  • Knowledge of inclusive practices and differentiated instruction.
  • Familiarity with early years assessment frameworks.
