The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Support the administration of school finances and lettings processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial compliance.
  • Monitor and control financial transactions, ensuring they align with school policies.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information to support decision-making.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all financial activities and ensure proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager to implement financial best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in finance and accounting with a strong understanding of financial systems.
