Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions related to educational trips and events.
  • Acquire goods and services in line with procurement guidelines and best value for money.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with college and government policies.
  • Support the finance team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Assist in the planning and budgeting for trips and other events.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance related to trips and expenses.
