The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions related to educational trips and events.
- Acquire goods and services in line with procurement guidelines and best value for money.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with college and government policies.
- Support the finance team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist in the planning and budgeting for trips and other events.
- Monitor and report on financial performance related to trips and expenses.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications & Skills:
