The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated Finance Assistant to join a busy finance team and contribute to the smooth running of financial operations. This is a key role that supports the school’s mission to deliver excellence in education and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process financial records with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the finance office in day-to-day operations, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Liaise with colleagues, students, parents, and external contacts to ensure financial processes are handled professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with all relevant procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the school’s financial goals.
  • Ensure all financial tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Contribute positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in a finance or administrative role.
